The MIT has been designed to train Reclaim facilitators. This is by no means a beginner’s course. We take passionate skilled teachers, trainers and facilitators and give them advanced tools of communication, facilitation and evaluation.  The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) provides the foundation for the course with a deep understanding of values based communication. Participants delve into the inner workings of communication in conflict situations.
